DELIVERY & RETURN INFORMATION

 

UK DELIVERY

 

Delivery is within 1 to 5 working days* from the moment you submit your order. Though it can sometimes be even quicker than that. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been shipped. 

Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).

Delivery to the UK addresses are free, no delivery charge will be applied. 


We ship via recorded delivery and it will require your signature upon receipt. Depending on the carrier, you may be presented with a specified delivery time-frame slot.

If you're not at home to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card to inform if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor or how to arrange collection.

We are working to provide at alternative delivery such as Click & Collect. We will inform you on this website in due course.

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

 

Delivery is within 5 to 10 working days* from the moment you submit your order. Though it can sometimes be even quicker than that. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).


If your order is above £40.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £4.00

We ship via recorded delivery and it will require your signature upon receipt. Depending on the carrier, you may be presented with a specified delivery time-frame slot.

If you're not at home to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card to inform if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor or how to arrange collection.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

Delivery is within 5 to 15 working days* from the moment you submit your order.  Though it can sometimes be even quicker than that. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).


If your order is above £70.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £8.60

We ship via recorded delivery and it will require your signature upon receipt. Depending on the carrier, you may be presented with a specified delivery time-frame slot.

If you're not at home to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card to inform if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor or how to arrange collection.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries could take a little longer. Occasionally maintenance updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always make sure to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. DEMKUPE cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

 

                                                                                                Returns Policy

 

We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. However if you wish to exchange OR return a product please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible at customerservices@demkupe.com within 21 days of receiving your purchase, including details of your order.

We will provide you by email the necessary paperwork to return your item. To avoid products being lost, Returns must be sent via recorded delivery service and you must provide us with the tracking number.  The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*Please be aware not to dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping your order.

*Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment (Unfortunately we will not accept returns which have marks of make up or deodorant on garments as they will not be re-saleable)

*Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused. 

*Do not remove the original tag when trying the products

 *We politely ask you to fold the items before you send them back
